The appellants challenged a Bern supervisory decision concerning the seizure of a passenger car before the Federal Supreme Court. After filing the complaint, they withdrew it by letter of 25 June 2009. The President of the Second Civil Law Division therefore struck the proceedings off the docket. The court ordered CHF 200 in court costs, payable jointly and severally by the appellants.

Juni 2009 zurückgezogen haben, die Beschwerde daher durch die Abteilungspräsidentin (Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG) abzuschreiben ist (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP) und die Kosten den solidarisch haftenden Beschwerdeführern aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 und 5 BGG),
verfügt die Präsidentin:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 200.-- werden den Beschwerdeführern unter Solidarhaft auferlegt.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern schriftlich mitgeteilt.
