Whether the withdrawn appeal should be removed from the docket
The Court took note of the withdrawal and ordered the case removed from the docket.
After the declaration withdrawing the appeal, the Court had no reason to continue proceedings and therefore struck the case from the list.
Allocation of judicial costs after withdrawal of the appeal
Judicial costs of CHF 700 were charged to the appellant.
Under the applicable procedural rules, the costs of the withdrawn appeal fall on the appellant.
