Art. 73 BZP) und die Kosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
verfügt die Präsidentin:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern schriftlich mitgeteilt.

The proceedings were declared concluded and struck off as withdrawn.
Since the appellant withdrew the filing by letter of 29 May 2012, the case had to be removed from the docket by the divisional president.
Allocation of court costs after withdrawal of the appeal
Court costs of CHF 300 were imposed on the appellant.
Costs follow withdrawal of the appeal under the applicable procedural rules and the Federal Supreme Court Act.
