The appellant withdrew his complaint in civil matters against the Basel-Landschaft debt-enforcement supervisory authority. The Federal Supreme Court, acting through the instructing judge, therefore struck the proceedings off the docket. The court also ordered the appellant to pay a court fee of CHF 300. in Erwägung,
dass der Beschwerdeführer die erwähnte Eingabe mit Schreiben vom 29. Juni 2007 zurückgezogen hat, die Beschwerde daher durch die Instruktionsrichterin (Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG) abzuschreiben ist (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP) und die Kosten dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
verfügt:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde in Zivilsachen erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 300.-- wird dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird dem Beschwerdeführer, der Y.________ GmbH, der Aufsichtsbehörde Schuldbetreibung und Konkurs Basel-Landschaft und dem Betreibungsamt B.________ schriftlich mitgeteilt.

Whether the civil complaint should be struck off after withdrawal
The proceedings were discontinued and struck off as the complaint had been withdrawn.
Once the appellant withdrew the complaint, the judge could close the case under the Federal Supreme Court procedural rules.
Who bears the court fee after withdrawal of the complaint
The court fee of CHF 300 was imposed on the appellant.
Costs follow the withdrawal; the appellant had to bear the fee under the applicable procedural and Supreme Court rules.
