Beschwerde nach Art. 72 ff. BGG und Verfassungsbeschwerde gegen den Entscheid vom 14. November 2011 des Obergerichts des Kantons Aargau (Zivilgericht, 5. Kammer).

Nach Einsicht
in die Beschwerde gemäss Art. 72 ff. BGG und die Verfassungsbeschwerde gegen den Entscheid vom 14. November 2011 des Obergerichts des Kantons Aargau betreffend Eheschutz,
in die Gesuche um aufschiebende Wirkung und um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege,

in Erwägung,
dass sowohl die Beschwerde nach Art. 72 ff. BGG wie auch die Verfassungsbeschwerde innert 30 Tagen nach der Eröffnung des kantonalen Entscheids beim Bundesgericht einzureichen oder zu dessen Handen der Schweizerischen Post zu übergeben sind (Art. 100 Abs. 1, Art. 48 Abs. 1 BGG),
dass der Friststillstand gemäss Art. 46 Abs. 1 lit. c BGG in Fällen wie dem vorliegenden, wo sich die Beschwerden gegen einen Entscheid betreffend Eheschutz und damit gegen einen Massnahmeentscheid im Sinne von Art. 98 BGG richten (BGE 133 III 393 E. 5 S. 396 f.), kraft der ausdrücklichen Vorschrift des Art. 46 Abs. 2 BGG nicht gilt,
dass der Entscheid des Obergerichts vom 14. November 2011 dem Rechtsvertreter der Beschwerdeführerin am 22. November 2011 eröffnet worden ist,
dass die Beschwerden an das Bundesgericht erst am 9. Januar 2012 und damit nach Ablauf der Beschwerdefrist der Post übergeben worden sind,
dass sich somit die Beschwerden als verspätet und daher als offensichtlich unzulässig erweisen, weshalb darauf im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG bzw. Art. 117/108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG nicht einzutreten ist,
dass mit dem Beschwerdeentscheid das Gesuch um aufschiebende Wirkung gegenstandslos wird,
dass der Beschwerdeführerin in Anbetracht der offensichtlichen Aussichtslosigkeit der verspäteten Beschwerden die unentgeltliche Rechtspflege nicht gewährt werden kann (Art. 64 Abs. 1 BGG),
dass die unterliegende Beschwerdeführerin kostenpflichtig wird (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),
dass in den Fällen des Art. 108 Abs. 1 BGG bzw. Art. 117/108 Abs. 1 BGG das vereinfachte Verfahren zum Zuge kommt und die Abteilungspräsidentin zuständig ist,

erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde nach Art. 72 ff. BGG und die Verfassungsbeschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Das Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege wird abgewiesen.

3.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

4.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Aargau schriftlich mitgeteilt.
