The appellant withdrew the federal complaint against the decision of the Basel-Stadt Psychiatric Appeal Commission. verfügt die Präsidentin:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.

Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und der Psychiatrie-Rekurskommission Basel-Stadt schriftlich mitgeteilt.
