Resumo

The appellant withdrew his complaint against the Schwyz Administrative Court’s decision in a guardianship-related matter. The President of the Federal Supreme Court therefore struck the case from the docket as withdrawn and ordered the appellant to pay court costs of CHF 150. The order was issued in written proceedings and notified to the parties and the cantonal court.

in Erwägung,
dass der Beschwerdeführer die erwähnte Eingabe (nach sein Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege wegen Aussichtslosigkeit abweisender Verfügung vom 20. Februar 2008) mit Schreiben vom 5. März 2008 (Postaufgabe: 2. April 2008) zurückgezogen hat, die Beschwerde daher durch den Abteilungspräsidenten (Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG) abzuschreiben ist (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 73 BZP) und die Kosten dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 71 BGG i.V.m. Art. 5 Abs. 2 BZP, Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),

verfügt der Präsident:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 150.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Schwyz schriftlich mitgeteilt.
