The Federal Supreme Court did not examine the appeal against the cantonal decision on opening of bankruptcy because the appellant failed to pay the required advance on costs within the extended deadline and did not prove timely payment. After the request for legal aid was rejected, the court applied the warning given and issued a non-entry decision. The appellant was ordered to pay court costs of CHF 200.

If the appellant fails, despite warning, to pay the advance on costs within the prescribed or extended deadline and does not furnish the required proof of timely payment, the Federal Supreme Court shall not enter into the appeal. The defect is not cured by the mere filing of the appeal or by an untimely payment attempt; the consequence of non-entry follows in summary procedure. Cost liability is governed by Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG.

Nach Einsicht
in die Beschwerde vom 29. Januar 2008,

in Erwägung,
dass das Gesuch der Beschwerdeführerin um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege abgewiesen worden ist,
dass die Beschwerdeführerin den Kostenvorschuss auch innerhalb der ihr mit Verfügung vom 10. März 2008 gesetzten Nachfrist weder bei der Bundesgerichtskasse in bar geleistet noch zu deren Gunsten an einem Postschalter übergeben und auch nicht den (für den Fall eines Zahlungsauftrags) ihr obliegenden Nachweis der rechtzeitigen Vorschussleistung durch Belastungsbestätigung erbracht hat, weshalb androhungsgemäss gestützt auf Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist und die Beschwerdeführerin kostenpflichtig wird (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG),

erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 200.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Bern, Appellationshof, 2. Zivilkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
