The Federal Court, in a subsidiary constitutional appeal concerning a lease subletting dispute, noted that the appellant withdrew the appeal by letter of 9 April 2007. The appellant expressly withdrew the appeal in writing; under Art. 32 para. 2 LTF the Court simply records the withdrawal and closes the matter.
