The appellant challenged a decision of the Zurich High Court by constitutional complaint but did not pay the court-ordered advance on costs even after the additional deadline set by the Federal Supreme Court. The Court therefore issued a non-entry decision in summary procedure and charged the appellant with court costs of CHF 500.
Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG, Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG; failure to pay the ordered court advance even within the extended deadline results in non-entry on the appeal. The summary judge may decide without further examination of the merits. Court costs follow the outcome and are imposed on the unsuccessful party pursuant to Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG.

dass die Gerichtskosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, II. Zivilkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.

No. Because the appellant did not pay the advance even within the grace period, the Court could not enter into the complaint.
Under Art. 62(3) BGG and the summary procedure of Art. 108(1)(a) BGG, non-payment of the required advance after the extended deadline leads to non-entry.
How the court costs should be allocated.
The court costs were imposed on the appellant.
As the unsuccessful party in a non-admission decision, the appellant bears the court costs under Art. 66(1) BGG.
