The Federal Court noted that the appellant had withdrawn its constitutional complaint against the Thurgau Cantonal Court of Appeal’s decision on the postponement of a conciliation hearing. dass die Beschwerdeführerin kostenpflichtig ist (Art. 66 BGG);
verfügt die Präsidentin im Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG:

Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Thurgau schriftlich mitgeteilt.
