The appellant withdrew his constitutional complaint against a judgment of the Zurich High Court in an employment matter. The Federal Supreme Court therefore struck the proceedings from the docket. It ordered the appellant to pay court costs of CHF 200 under Art. 66 BGG. No party compensation was awarded to the respondents.

dass das Verfahren als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abzuschreiben ist;
dass der Beschwerdeführer kostenpflichtig ist (Art. 66 BGG);
dass den Beschwerdegegnerinnen keine Parteientschädigung zuzusprechen ist (Art. 68 Abs. 1 BGG);
Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 200.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, I. Zivilkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.

Whether the constitutional complaint should be struck out after withdrawal
The proceedings were struck out because the complaint had been withdrawn.
Once the appellant withdrew the appeal by letter, there was no basis to continue the proceedings and the case had to be removed from the docket.
Allocation of court costs after withdrawal
Court costs of CHF 200 were imposed on the appellant.
Under Art. 66 BGG, the withdrawing appellant bears the costs.
