In a federal complaint concerning eviction from leased premises, the appellant failed to pay the ordered cost advance even within the grace period fixed by the court. The Federal Supreme Court therefore did not enter into the complaint. Court costs of CHF 500 were imposed on the appellant.
Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG, Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG; non-payment of the ordered cost advance within the additional time limit precludes consideration of the complaint and leads to non-entry. Under Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG, the costs are normally charged to the party whose appeal is not entered into.

dass der Beschwerdeführer den ihm auferlegten Kostenvorschuss auch innerhalb der mit Verfügung vom 14. September 2011 angesetzten Nachfrist nicht geleistet hat, weshalb gestützt auf Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG und im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist;
dass die Gerichtskosten dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Aargau, Zivilgericht, 4. Kammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.

No. Because the ordered cost advance was not paid even within the grace period, the complaint could not be examined.
