The Federal Supreme Court dismissed the appeal by non-entry because the appellant's submission did not satisfy the federal reasoning requirements. The company did not adequately explain which rights had been violated in the cantonal non-entry decision and did not properly substantiate any constitutional complaint. The request for suspensive effect became moot. The request for legal aid was refused because the appeal was hopeless, and court costs of CHF 500 were charged to the appellant.

In such a case, legal aid under Art. 64 Abs. 1 BGG is to be refused for lack of prospects of success, and the costs are borne by the appellant under Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG.

Beschwerde gegen den Entscheid des Handelsgerichts des Kantons Aargau, 2. Kammer, vom 29. Juni 2011.
In Erwägung,
dass das Handelsgericht des Kantons Aargau mit Entscheid vom 29. Juni 2011 auf das Revisionsgesuch der Beschwerdeführerin vom 9. April 2011 nicht eintrat, weil diese den von ihr verlangten Kostenvorschuss nicht bezahlt hatte;

dass die Beschwerdeführerin dem Bundesgericht eine vom 8. August 2011 datierte Eingabe einreichte, in der sie erklärte, den Entscheid des Handelsgerichts mit Beschwerde anzufechten;

dass in einer Beschwerde an das Bundesgericht unter Bezugnahme auf die Erwägungen des angefochtenen Entscheides dargelegt werden muss, welche Rechte der beschwerdeführenden Partei durch das kantonale Gericht verletzt worden sind (Art. 42 Abs. 1 BGG), wobei eine allfällige Verletzung der bundesrechtlichen Verfassungsrechte vom Bundesgericht nicht von Amtes wegen geprüft wird, sondern nur dann, wenn solche Rügen in der Beschwerdeschrift ausdrücklich erhoben und begründet werden (Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG);
dass das Bundesgericht seinem Entscheid den Sachverhalt zugrunde legt, den die Vorinstanz festgestellt hat (Art. 105 Abs. 1 BGG), und es davon nur abweichen kann, wenn eine Sachverhaltsfeststellung offensichtlich unrichtig, mithin willkürlich ist oder auf einer Rechtsverletzung im Sinne von Art. 95 BGG beruht (Art. 97 Abs. 1 und Art. 105 Abs. 2 BGG), was die beschwerdeführende Partei präzise geltend zu machen hat;

dass die Rechtsschrift vom 8. August 2011 den erwähnten Begründungsanforderungen offensichtlich nicht genügt, weshalb auf die Beschwerde im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG nicht einzutreten ist;

dass das Gesuch um aufschiebende Wirkung mit dem Entscheid in der Sache gegenstandslos wird;

dass das Gesuch um Gewährung der unentgeltlichen Rechtspflege, über das unter den gegebenen Umständen nicht vorgängig separat entschieden werden musste (vgl. Urteil 4A_20/2011 vom 11. April 2011 E. 7.2.2), wegen Aussichtslosigkeit der Beschwerde abzuweisen ist (Art. 64 Abs. 1 BGG);

dass die Gerichtskosten der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);

erkennt die Präsidentin:

Das Gesuch um Gewährung der unentgeltlichen Rechtspflege wird abgewiesen.

2.
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

3.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

4.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Handelsgericht des Kantons Aargau, 2. Kammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
