The Federal Supreme Court considered an appeal by X.________ GmbH in liquidation against a Zurich Commercial Court judgment ordering dissolution for a serious organizational defect and liquidation under bankruptcy rules. The Court held that the appeal did not meet the federal pleading requirements: the appellant failed to address the challenged reasoning, advanced new factual assertions, and improperly submitted new evidence. Because the statutory requirements were manifestly not satisfied, the Court did not enter into the appeal. New evidence is inadmissible subject to the statutory exceptions. If the appeal manifestly fails to satisfy these requirements, non-entry is ordered in summary proceedings (consid. 1).

In Erwägung,
dass das Handelsgericht des Kantons Zürich mit Urteil vom 22. Juni 2011 entschied, die X.________ GmbH in Liquidation (Beschwerdeführerin) werde aufgrund eines schwerwiegenden Organisationsmangels aufgelöst und ihre Liquidation nach den Vorschriften über den Konkurs angeordnet;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin dem Bundesgericht mit Eingabe vom 7. Juli 2011 erklärte, den Entscheid des Handelsgerichts des Kantons Zürich vom 22. Juni 2011 mit Beschwerde anfechten zu wollen;
dass in den Rechtsmitteln an das Bundesgericht unter Bezugnahme auf die Erwägungen des kantonalen Entscheids dargelegt werden muss, welche Rechte der beschwerdeführenden Partei durch das kantonale Gericht verletzt worden sind (Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG), wobei eine allfällige Verletzung der bundesrechtlichen Grundrechte oder kantonaler verfassungsmässiger Rechte vom Bundesgericht nicht von Amtes wegen geprüft wird, sondern nur dann, wenn entsprechende Rügen in der Beschwerdeschrift ausdrücklich erhoben und begründet werden (Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG);
dass die Beschwerdeführerin dem Bundesgericht mit dem Schreiben vom 7. Juli 2011 ein neues Beweismittel einreicht, was im Beschwerdeverfahren nicht zulässig ist (Art. 99 Abs. 1 BGG);
dass sich die Beschwerdeführerin nicht mit den Erwägungen des angefochtenen Entscheids auseinandersetzt, sondern dem Bundesgericht mit verschiedenen Behauptungen einen Sachverhalt unterbreitet, der über den vorinstanzlich verbindlich festgestellten hinausgeht, ohne rechtsgenügend zu begründen, inwiefern dies nach Art. 105 Abs. 2 BGG zulässig sein soll;
dass die Eingabe der Beschwerdeführerin vom 7. Juli 2011 die erwähnten Begründungsanforderungen offensichtlich nicht erfüllt;
dass aus den genannten Gründen auf die Beschwerde in Anwendung von Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG nicht eingetreten werden kann;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin bei diesem Verfahrensausgang kostenpflichtig wird (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
dass dem Beschwerdegegner keine Parteientschädigung zuzusprechen ist (Art. 68 Abs. 3 BGG);
erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Handelsgericht des Kantons Zürich schriftlich mitgeteilt.
