The Federal Supreme Court did not enter into the civil appeal because the appellant failed to pay the ordered cost advance even after the additional deadline. The court therefore applied Art. 62(3) BGG and disposed of the matter summarily under Art. 108(1)(a) BGG. The appellant was ordered to pay court costs of CHF 500. The underlying dispute concerned an employment contract and consulting agreement, but the merits were not examined.

erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Kantonsgericht St. Gallen, III. Zivilkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
