The appellants challenged an ICC arbitral award before the Swiss Federal Supreme Court. In Erwägung,
dass die Beschwerdeführer am 14. Juni 2010 beim Bundesgericht eine Beschwerde in Zivilsachen gegen den Schiedsspruch des ICC Schiedsgerichts vom 10. Mai 2010 einreichten;
dass die Beschwerdeführer dem Bundesgericht mit Schreiben vom 28. Dezember 2010 mitteilten, dass die Parteien einen Vergleich abgeschlossen hätten, und darum ersuchten, das Verfahren als erledigt abzuschreiben, wobei die Gerichtskosten vereinbarungsgemäss den Beschwerdeführern aufzuerlegen seien und der Beschwerdegegnerin für das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren keine Parteientschädigung zuzusprechen sei;
dass die Beschwerdegegnerin mit Schreiben vom 29. Dezember 2010 bestätigte, auf die Zusprechung einer Parteientschädigung verzichtet zu haben;
dass das Verfahren somit als erledigt abzuschreiben ist;
dass den Beschwerdeführern die reduzierten Gerichtskosten aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 2 und 3 BGG);
verfügt die Präsidentin im Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG:

Das Verfahren 4A_345/2010 wird als erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 1'000.-- werden den Beschwerdeführern auferlegt.
3.
Eine Parteientschädigung wird nicht zugesprochen.

Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem ICC Schiedsgericht Genf schriftlich mitgeteilt.
