The appellants withdrew their civil appeal against cantonal eviction/tenancy-protection decisions. The Federal Supreme Court, acting by way of summary order, discontinued the proceedings, withdrew the deadline previously set for the respondent’s answer, and ordered the appellants to pay the court fee of CHF 500 and CHF 300 compensation to the respondent. Der Präsident hat in Erwägung,
dass die Beschwerdeführer die Beschwerde in Zivilsachen gegen den Beschluss des Obergerichts des Kantons Zürich vom 15. Februar 2007 und gegen den Zirkulationsbeschluss des Kassationsgerichts des Kantons Zürich vom 5. Juni 2007 mit Schreiben vom 13. September 2007 zurückgezogen haben;
dass die Beschwerdegegnerin aufgefordert wurde, bis zum 13. Juli 2007 zum Gesuch um aufschiebende Wirkung Stellung zu nehmen;
dass sie innerhalb der angesetzten Frist eine Stellungnahme einreichte;
dass auf Gesuch der Beschwerdegegnerin die ihr zur Beantwortung der Beschwerde angesetzte Frist bis zum 20. September 2007 erstreckt wurde;
dass die Beschwerdeführer kosten- und entschädigungspflichtig sind (Art. 66 Abs. 3, Art. 68 Abs. 4 BGG);
im Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG verfügt:

Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.
2.
Die der Beschwerdegegnerin zur Beantwortung der Beschwerde bis zum 20. September 2007 gesetzte Frist wird zurückgenommen.
3.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 500.-- wird den Beschwerdeführern auferlegt.
4.
Die Beschwerdeführer haben die Beschwerdegegnerin für das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren mit Fr. 300.-- zu entschädigen.
5.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien, dem Kassationsgericht des Kantons Zürich und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, II. Zivilkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
