The appellant challenged an Aargau High Court judgment and requested legal aid. The Federal Supreme Court rejected legal aid, ordered an advance on costs, and granted an extension. Die Einzelrichterin hat in Erwägung,
dass die Beschwerdeführerin am 31. März 2011 Beschwerde in Zivilsachen gegen das Urteil des Obergerichts des Kantons Aargau vom 22. Februar 2011 erhob und gleichzeitig das Gesuch stellte, es sei ihr für das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren die unentgeltliche Rechtspflege zu gewähren;
dass das Bundesgericht dieses Gesuch mit Verfügung vom 10. Juni 2011 abwies und der Beschwerdeführerin am 16. Juni 2011 Frist zur Bezahlung eines Kostenvorschusses von Fr. 7'000.-- ansetzte;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin den ihr auferlegten Kostenvorschuss auch innerhalb der mit Verfügung vom 7. Juli 2011 angesetzten Nachfrist nicht geleistet hat, weshalb gestützt auf Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist;
dass die Kosten des bundesgerichtlichen Verfahrens der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
dass dem Beschwerdegegner keine Parteientschädigung zuzusprechen ist, da ihm durch das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren kein Aufwand erwachsen ist;
im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG erkannt:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 1'000.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Aargau, Zivilgericht, 1. Kammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
