The Federal Supreme Court held that the appellant’s submission against the cantonal court’s late-dismissal decision did not meet the federal reasoning requirements. Because the filing did not identify any violated rights and contained no adequately substantiated constitutional complaints, the Court did not enter into the appeal. Constitutional grievances are subject to the strict principle of allegation and are not examined ex officio. Failure to comply with these requirements leads to non-entry.

Beschwerde gegen die Verfügung der Präsidentin der 1. Rekurskammer des Kantonsgerichts des Kantons Schwyz vom 13. März 2009.

In Erwägung,
dass der Beschwerdeführer mit Eingabe vom 1. Juli 2008 um eine Erstreckung des Pachtvertrages X.________ ersuchte;
dass der Einzelrichter des Bezirksgerichts Küssnacht mit Verfügung vom 17. September 2008 auf die Pachterstreckungsklage nicht eintrat, weil der Beschwerdeführer den von ihm verlangten Kostenvorschuss nicht bezahlt hatte;
dass der Beschwerdeführer diese Verfügung mit Rekurs anfocht, auf welchen die Vizepräsidentin des Kantonsgerichts Schwyz mit Verfügung vom 13. März 2009 in Anwendung des kantonalen Verfahrensrechts wegen Verspätung nicht eintrat;
dass der Beschwerdeführer dem Bundesgericht eine vom 16. April 2009 datierte Eingabe einreichte, in der er erklärte, die Verfügung des Kantonsgerichts Schwyz vom 13. März 2009 mit Beschwerde anzufechten;
dass in einer Beschwerde an das Bundesgericht unter Bezugnahme auf die Erwägungen des angefochtenen Entscheides dargelegt werden muss, welche Rechte der beschwerdeführenden Partei durch das kantonale Gericht verletzt worden sind (Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG), wobei eine allfällige Verletzung der bundesrechtlichen Verfassungsrechte vom Bundesgericht nicht von Amtes wegen geprüft wird, sondern nur dann, wenn solche Rügen in der Beschwerdeschrift ausdrücklich erhoben und begründet werden (Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG);
dass die Anwendung des kantonalen Zivilprozessrechts durch das Kantonsgericht vom Bundesgericht einzig unter dem Blickwinkel eines Verstosses gegen Bundesrecht bzw. gegen Bundesverfassungsrecht überprüft werden könnte (Art. 95 BGG; BGE 133 III 462 E. 2.3 S. 466; BGE 134 II 349 E. 3 S. 351), was aber - wie bereits festgehalten - das Vorbringen entsprechender Rügen in der Beschwerdeschrift voraussetzen würde;
dass die Eingabe des Beschwerdeführers vom 16. April 2009 diesen Begründungsanforderungen offensichtlich nicht genügt, weshalb auf die Beschwerde mangels hinreichender Begründung nicht einzutreten ist (Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG);
dass die Gerichtskosten dem Beschwerdeführer aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);

erkennt die Präsidentin:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und der Präsidentin der 1. Rekurskammer des Kantonsgerichts des Kantons Schwyz schriftlich mitgeteilt.
