A.________ filed a public-law appeal against a Vaud administrative court judgment upholding a driving license revocation decision. Before the Federal Supreme Court decided the merits, the appellant withdrew the appeal on 16 April 2007. The First Public Law Court therefore struck the case from the roll and ordered that no judicial costs be charged.
Art. 32 al. 2 LTF; withdrawal of the appeal: the proceedings are terminated by striking the case from the docket once the appellant withdraws the remedy. In such a procedural order, the court may dispense with judicial costs where it so states expressly (consid. unique).
