X. filed a complaint to the Swiss Federal Supreme Court alleging a delay by the Zurich Administrative Court. She did not explain when she had seized the cantonal court, by which remedy, or why the proceedings were allegedly delayed. The Court held that the filing manifestly did not satisfy the pleading requirements and therefore did not enter into the complaint in simplified proceedings. It also waived court costs.
Art. 42 Abs. 2, Art. 106 Abs. 2 and Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG; requirements for a complaint alleging denial of justice or undue delay. A complaint must set out the facts and legal grounds in a manner enabling review; in particular, the party must identify the prior procedural step, the remedy used and the reasons why the authority is said to have delayed. A manifestly unsubstantiated filing is inadmissible and may be dealt with under the simplified non-entry procedure. The court may waive costs under Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG.

In Erwägung,
dass X.________ mit Eingabe vom 15. Mai 2013 eine Rechtsverzögerungsbeschwerde gegen das Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Zürich beim Bundesgericht eingereicht hat;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin nicht darlegt, wann und mit welchem Rechtsmittel sie an das Verwaltungsgericht gelangt sei und weshalb nach ihrem Dafürhalten das Verwaltungsgericht eine Rechtsverzögerung begangen haben sollte;
dass die Beschwerde den gesetzlichen Formerfordernissen (Art. 42 Abs. 2 und Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG; vgl. in diesem Zusammenhang BGE 136 I 49 E. 1.4.1 S. 53, 65 E. 1.3.1 S. 68 mit Hinweisen) offensichtlich nicht genügt, weshalb auf sie im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG nicht einzutreten ist;
dass auf eine Kostenauflage verzichtet werden kann (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.
Dieses Urteil wird der Beschwerdeführerin und dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Zürich schriftlich mitgeteilt.
