Le recours en matière de droit public formé par A.________, représenté par Jean-Charles Arci, contre un arrêt rendu le 22 juin 2007 par le Tribunal administratif fédéral, lequel a rejeté un recours formé par le prénommé contre une décision de l'Office fédéral des migrations prononçant l'annulation de la naturalisation facilitée qui lui avait été accordée;
La lettre de Jean-Charles Arci datée du 17 septembre 2007, annonçant le retrait du recours au Tribunal fédéral;
Considérant:
Qu'en vertu de l'art. 32 al. 2 LTF, le juge instructeur - en l'occurrence le Président de la Cour - statue comme juge unique sur la radiation du rôle des procédures achevées par un retrait;
Qu'il lui incombe de statuer sur les frais judiciaires (art. 5 al. 2 PCF, par renvoi de l'art. 71 LTF);
Qu'un émolument réduit doit être mis à la charge du recourant (art. 65 al. 1 et art. 66 al. 1 et 2 LTF);
Ordonne:

La cause est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.

Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 200 fr., sont mis à la charge du recourant.

La présente ordonnance est communiquée en copie au recourant, à l'Office fédéral des migrations et au Tribunal administratif fédéral.
