The appellant filed a complaint in Slovak and did not append the challenged cantonal decision. After the Federal Supreme Court ordered him to file an official-language translation by 4 July 2012 and warned that the submission would otherwise be disregarded, he failed to comply. The Court held that the order was deemed served despite being uncollected, and in summary procedure declined to enter into the complaint. It also waived court costs.

Service of a registered order is deemed effected when the addressee does not collect it. Court costs may be waived under Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG when circumstances so warrant.

Beschwerde gegen die Verfügung des Kantonsgerichts des Kantons Wallis, Richter der Strafkammer, vom 19. April 2012.

In Erwägung,
dass X.________ mit Eingabe vom 28. Mai 2012 Beschwerde beim Bundesgericht eingereicht hat;
dass die Beschwerde grösstenteils in slowakischer Sprache abgefasst war und ein angefochtener Entscheid der Beschwerde nicht beilag;
dass das Bundesgericht den Beschwerdeführer mit Verfügung vom 14. Juni 2012 aufgefordert hat, bis zum 4. Juli 2012 eine in einer Amtssprache verfasste Übersetzung der Rechtsschrift dem Bundesgericht einzureichen, ansonsten die Rechtsschrift unbeachtet bleibe;
dass die mit Rückschein versandte Verfügung nicht abgeholt wurde, gemäss Art. 44 Abs. 2 BGG dennoch als zugestellt gilt;
dass der Beschwerdeführer innert Frist keine Übersetzung einreichte, weshalb androhungsgemäss gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 6 BGG im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist;
dass auf eine Kostenauflage verzichtet werden kann (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);

erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer, der Staatsanwaltschaft des Kantons Wallis, Zentrales Amt, und dem Kantonsgericht des Kantons Wallis, Richter der Strafkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
