After two orders requiring him to submit the missing decision and a pleading in an official language by 16 April 2012, he failed to comply. The Court therefore did not enter into the complaint in simplified procedure and waived court costs.

Art. 42 Abs. 5 und 6 BGG, Art. 108 BGG; non-entry for failure to cure formal defects of the appeal: where the filing is not in an official language and the challenged decision is missing, the appellant must be invited to remedy the defects within a set time limit under threat of non-consideration. If the appellant does not comply within the deadline, the Federal Supreme Court may refuse to enter into the matter in simplified procedure. A cost order may be waived under Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG.

In Erwägung,
dass X.________ mit Eingabe vom 30. März 2012 (Postaufgabe 2. April 2012) Beschwerde beim Bundesgericht eingereicht hat;
dass die Beschwerde in türkischer Sprache abgefasst wurde und ein angefochtener Entscheid der Beschwerde nicht beilag;
dass das Bundesgericht den Beschwerdeführer mit zwei Verfügungen vom 4. April 2012 aufgefordert hat, bis zum 16. April 2012 den fehlenden angefochtenen Entscheid und eine in einer Amtssprache verfasste Rechtsschrift dem Bundesgericht einzureichen, ansonsten die Rechtsschrift unbeachtet bleibe;
dass der Beschwerdeführer innert Frist dieser Aufforderung nicht nachkam, weshalb androhungsgemäss gemäss Art. 42 Abs. 5 und 6 BGG im vereinfachten nach Art. 108 BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist;
dass auf ein Kostenauflage verzichtet werden kann (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);

erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer schriftlich mitgeteilt.
