X.________ filed a federal complaint against a detention-extension order issued by the Haftrichter der Anklagekammer of the Canton of Thurgau. Before the Federal Supreme Court decided the merits, he withdrew the complaint. The First Public Law Division therefore struck the case off the docket and, considering the circumstances, ordered that no court costs be charged.

dass es sich bei den gegebenen Verhältnissen rechtfertigt, für das bundesgerichtliche Verfahren keine Kosten zu erheben (s. Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
wird verfügt:

Die Beschwerde im Verfahren 1B_192/2009 wird als durch Rückzug erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird dem Beschwerdeführer, dem Bezirksamt Münchwilen und dem Haftrichter der Anklagekammer des Kantons Thurgau schriftlich mitgeteilt.
