Resumo Omnilex

X. filed two criminal-law complaints against a cantonal judgment of the Zurich High Court. The Federal Supreme Court ordered her to cure the defect because the challenged decision was not attached, but the order could not be served at the address indicated by her. The complaint also failed to meet the reasoning requirement, as it did not explain which law the cantonal decision allegedly violated. The court therefore did not enter into the matter in simplified procedure and waived court costs.

Sumário Omnilex

Art. 42 Abs. 2 and Art. 108 Abs. 1 BGG; requirements for admissibility of a complaint and summary non-entry procedure. A federal complaint must, in a substantiated manner, indicate how the challenged decision infringes federal law; merely asserting error is insufficient. If the appealed decision is missing and an order to cure the defect cannot be served, and the pleading still fails to meet the reasoning requirements, the court may decline to enter into the matter in simplified procedure. Supplementation after expiry of the appeal period is inadmissible (consid. 1). Costs may be waived under Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG (consid. 2).

Besetzung
Bundesrichter Féraud, Präsident,
Gerichtsschreiber Pfäffli.

Verfahrensbeteiligte
X.________, Beschwerdeführerin,

gegen

Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, III. Strafkammer, Obmannamtsgasse 21, Postfach 2401, 8021 Zürich.

Gegenstand
Strafverfahren,

Beschwerde gegen den Beschluss vom 27. Januar 2010 des Obergerichts des Kantons Zürich, III. Strafkammer.
In Erwägung,
dass X.________ mit zwei Eingaben vom 19. März 2010 Beschwerde in Strafsachen gegen einen Beschluss des Obergerichts des Kantons Zürich vom 27. Januar 2010 eingereicht hat;
dass der angefochtene Beschluss der Beschwerde nicht beilag, weshalb das Bundesgericht die Beschwerdeführerin mit Verfügung vom 23. März 2010 aufgefordert hat, diesen Mangel zu beheben, ansonsten die Rechtsschrift unbeachtet bleibe;
dass die Verfügung vom 23. März 2010 an der von der Beschwerdeführerin in ihrer Beschwerde angegebenen Adresse nicht zugestellt werden konnte;
dass ausserdem die Beschwerde den Begründungsanforderungen von Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG nicht zu genügen vermag, da aus ihr nicht hervorgeht, inwiefern der angefochtene Beschluss Recht verletzten sollte;
dass eine Beschwerdeergänzung nach Ablauf der Beschwerdefrist nicht möglich ist;
dass somit im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist;
dass auf eine Kostenauflage verzichtet werden kann (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
erkennt der Präsident:

1.
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.
