Art. 153i

  1. Wer die AHV-Nummer systematisch verwendet, ohne dazu nach Artikel 153c Absatz 1 berechtigt zu sein, wird mit Geldstrafe bestraft.
  2. Wer die AHV-Nummer verwendet, ohne die technischen und organisatorischen Massnahmen nach Artikel 153d zu treffen, wird mit Busse bestraft.
  3. Artikel 79 ATSG1ist anwendbar.
