  1. Der Datenaustausch mit internationalen Organisationen auf der Grundlage völkerrechtlicher Verpflichtungen gilt als Datenaustausch unter Behörden.
  2. Er ist kostenfrei, sofern das Völkerrecht nicht eine Abgeltung vorsieht.
