                                 An Act


 
     To designate the facility of the United States <<NOTE: Dec. 3, 
 2003 -  [H.R. 3175]>> Postal Service located at 2650 Cleveland Avenue, 
 NW in Canton, Ohio, as the ``Richard D. Watkins Post Office Building''.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.

    The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 2650 
Cleveland Avenue, NW in Canton, Ohio, shall be known and designated as 
the ``Richard D. Watkins Post Office Building''.

SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

    Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other 
record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 
shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Richard D. Watkins Post 
Office Building''.

    Approved December 3, 2003.
