REPEALS - OBSOLETE LAWS RELATING TO DRAINING OF SWAMPY AND WET LANDS

AN ACT

Repealing the act of April 5, 1870 (P.L.47, No.28), entitled "An act for the draining of swampy and wet lands."

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. The act of April 5, 1870 (P.L.47, No.28), entitled "An act for the draining of swampy and wet lands," is repealed.

Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
