AVERY STATION ROAD - DESIGNATION
                  Act of Nov. 28, 1995, P.L. 646, No. 69              Cl. 87
                                  AN ACT

     Designating SR 3015 in Susquehanna County and SR 1009 in Wyoming
        County as Avery Station Road.

        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

        Section 1.  SR 3015 from its intersection with SR 0029 in
     Susquehanna County and SR 1009 to its intersection with SR 0092
     in Wyoming County jointly are designated and shall be known as
     Avery Station Road.
        Section 2.  The Department of Transportation shall erect
     appropriate signs in accordance with section 1.
        Section 3.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
