LOCAL GOVERNMENT CAPITAL PROJECT LOAN FUND ACT - AMEND

                                  AN ACT

     Amending the act of December 19, 1990 (P.L.1358, No.210),
        entitled "An act providing loans to municipalities; creating
        a loan fund; conferring powers upon the Department of
        Community Affairs; and transferring an appropriation,"
        extending the expiration date of the act.

        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

        Section 1.  Section 9 of the act of December 19, 1990
     (P.L.1358, No.210), known as the Local Government Capital
     Project Loan Fund Act, is amended to read:
      Section 9.  Expiration.
        This act shall expire June 30, [1994] 1997.
        Section 2.  This act shall be retroactive to June 30, 1994,
     if enacted after that date.
        Section 3.  This act shall take effect June 30, 1994.
