AN ACT

Enabling the banks of this Commonwealth to become associations for the purpose of banking under the laws of the United States.

Section 8. Payment of bank tax

The bank tax imposed by the laws of this Commonwealth, shall be paid by such bank, up to the date of its becoming such association, in proportion to the time since the next preceding payment therefor. 1889, April 26, P.L. 56, Sec. 8.
