ELECTION DISTRICTS - REGULATION OF
                 Act of Apr. 14, 1840, P.L. 336, No. 144              Cl. 16
                                  AN ACT

     Regulating Election Districts and for other purposes.

        Section 68.  Clinton County
        The qualified electors of the County of Clinton shall elect
     one person to fill the offices of prothonotary, clerk of the
     courts of oyer and terminer, general quarter sessions and
     orphans' court, register of wills and recorder of deeds for said
