INSTITUTIONS, DIRECTOR OF

The director of institutions is not an administrative agency as defined by North Dakota Century Code

section 28-32-01. Therefore, the director is not subject to the Administrative Agencies Practice Act (North Dakota Century Code chapter 28-32) and any rules the director may have adopted are not published in the North Dakota Administrative Code.
