1.01 Safe Boarding and Inspection

1.01: Safe Boarding and Inspection The owner or operator of any fishing vessel shall immediately comply with instructions issued by an authorized environmental police officer to facilitate inspection of the vessel, its gear, and/or catch and safe boarding, and shall take such other actions a s a re ne c e ssary to ensure the safety of the authorized officer and his/her party, and to facilitate the boarding.
