27 CAR § 33-101. Purpose.

This part is necessary in order to properly implement and administer Arkansas Code § 27-16-903 and the Arkansas Uniform Commercial Driver License Act, Arkansas Code § 27-23-101 et seq.

27 CAR § 33-102 Application for commercial driver license {#sec-27-car-33-102 omnilex-key=us-ar-regs-official--title-27-part-33--27 CAR § 33-102}

27 CAR § 33-102. Application for commercial driver license.

(a) The Office of Driver Services shall cancel any application for a commercial driver license or suspend any commercial driver license for a minimum of sixty (60) days upon determining one (1) or more of the following:

(1) Any fraud by the driver in making application for the license;

(2) Failure of the driver to give all required information on the application for the license;

(3) Failure of the driver to submit correct information on the application;

(4) Discovery that the driver is not eligible for license under Title 27 of the Arkansas Code; and

(5) Failure of the driver to pay any required fees for licensing.

(b)(1) The office is to conduct any suspension under this part in the manner provided for in Arkansas Code § 27-16-907.

(2) Any licensee suspended under this rule shall be entitled to a hearing as provided in Arkansas Code § 27-16-907.
