AMEND. 28. REGULATING PRACTICE OF LAW
Supreme Court — Rule making power.
The Supreme Court shall make rules regulating the practice of law and the professional
conduct of attorneys at law.

initiative petition and approved at the general election on
Nov. 8, 1938, by a vote of 74,290 for and 46,932 against.
