Ala. Admin. Code r. 950-2-1-.01 General

It shall be noted that as authorized under Title 41, Chapter 22, Code of Ala. 1975, board actions, rules and regulations shall be limited to only those actions, rules and regulations which affect the rights and duties of the public of this state.
