Ala. Admin. Code r. 282-X-12-.01 Notification Of Action

Prior to the denial, revocation or suspension of a license, written notice of the contemplated action of the Board shall be given. Such notice shall specify the reason(s) for the proposed action and shall notify the applicant of the right to a hearing on the matter.
