Par échange de notes du 24 décembre 1929, un accord a été conclu entre la Suisse et l’Allemagne dans le sens de l’art. 18, al. 3, de la convention de La Haye relative à la procédure civile1. Les dispositions de cet accord sont les suivantes:
La demande d’exequatur des condamnations aux frais et dépens du procès, visées à l’art. 18 de la convention de La Haye du 17 juillet 19052relative à la procédure civile et prononcées dans l’un des deux Etats sera, dans l’autre Etat, directement adressée par l’ayant droit à l’autorité compétente.
