Dans les rapports entre la Suisse et l’Autriche, chacune des parties contractantes a le droit de refouler sur le territoire de l’autre, sans procédure préalable de réception, les personnes ressortissant à l’autre partie auxquelles le séjour peut être interdit en vertu du traité d’établissement1ainsi que celles qui n’appartiennent ni à l’une ni à l’autre des parties, lorsque lesdites personnes ont pénétré du territoire de l’une des parties contractantes dans celui de l’autre par le trajet de chemin de fer Bregenz–St. Margrethen ou St. Margrethen-Bregenz et qu’elles sont arrêtées dans le train qui leur a servi à franchir la frontière ou immédiatement après l’avoir quitté.
