APPEAL DISMISSED

Appellant.
Attorney General Henry Dargan McMaster, Chief Deputy Attorney
General John W. McIntosh, Assistant Deputy Attorney General Salley W. Elliott, all
of Columbia; and Solicitor Jay E. Hodge, Jr., of Cheraw, for Respondent.
PER CURIAM: John David Hudson appeals his convictions of two
counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, attempting or committing
a lewd action upon a child, and first degree sexual exploitation of a minor. Hudsons counsel argues the trial court erred by admitting two photographs into evidence,
maintaining their prejudicial effect outweighed any probative value. Hudson filed a separate pro se brief reasserting his counsels argument and contending the
trial court erred by admitting illegally obtained evidence and violated his due
process rights by not allowing him to cross-examine two individuals. After a thorough review of the record and both briefs
pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), and State v.
Williams, 305 S.C. 116, 406 S.E.2d 357 (1991), we dismiss Hudsons appeal
and grant counsels motion to be relieved. [1]
APPEAL
