Mark T. Boonstra, Judge, acting under MCR 7.217 and MCR 7.219(J), orders:
The motion for reconsideration of this Court’s May 13, 2026 order is GRANTED, the July
17, 2025 hearing transcript having been filed in lower court case no. 2023-002035-FC on June 9, 2026,
and the June 17, 2025 hearing transcript having been filed in lower court case no. 2023-002035-FC on
July 7, 2025.
The Court VACATES its May 13, 2026 order remanding these matters to the trial court for
the appointment of substitute counsel.
The Court further orders that appellant’s brief shall be due within 28 days of the Clerk’s
certification of this order.
