The motion to protect personal identifying information is GRANTED. The appellant’s
initials shall be used in the Court’s case caption and opinion. The parties are also directed to use
appellant’s initials in all future filings.
The motion to file appendices under seal is GRANTED IN PART. This Court finds good
cause to seal Appendices A, I, J, K, and L to appellant’s brief based on appellant’s safety, and determines
there are no less restrictive means to adequately and effectively protect the interest asserted.

On the Court’s own motion, this Court VACATES IN PART its September 8, 2025 order.
Specifically, this Court vacates the portion of its order sealing Appendices B, C, D, E, F, G, H, M, and N.
Appellant’s counsel is directed to refile the appendices to appellant’s application in two
separate bundles, one for sealed appendices and one for appendices available to the public. Counsel is
directed to refile the appendices to appellant’s brief in the same manner.
The Clerk shall disclose or provide copies of any order or opinion entered in this appeal,
MCR 8.119(I)(6); MCR 7.211(C)(9)(c), but sealed pleadings or other contents of the file shall not be
disclosed or made available for public viewing. The Clerk is directed to forward a copy of this order to
the Clerk of the Supreme Court and to the State Court Administrative Office. MCR 8.119(I)(7); MCR
7.211(C)(9)(c).
