The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this appeal only.
The claim of appeal and "emergency motion for stay of enforcement pending appeal" are
DISMISSED for failure to pursue the case in conformity with the rules. MCR 7.201(B)(3) and
7.216(A)(10). The Clerk of this Court provided notice on March 25, 2026 and April 17, 2026 regarding
the proof of service defect in this filing. Appellant has not cured the proof of service defect. More
specifically, on his claim of appeal, appellant identified six trial court defendants as appellees, but he has
not provided proof of service for each of those defendants-appellees. Dismissal is without prejudice to
whatever other relief may be available consistent with the Court Rules.
