The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction. MCR 7.203(A)(2). Neither
the January 14, 2026 order after dispositional review/permanency planning hearing nor the March 4, 2026
order denying petition for review of the referee’s recommendation is a final order that is appealable by
right under MCR 3.993(A). MCR 7.203(A)(2). Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of a late appeal
under MCR 7.205(A)(4), provided such a filing meets all requirements under the court rules and is not
time-barred.
