Mr. Agusti withdraws his motion to hold the application in abeyance. The relief requested
has become moot. The related appellate proceeding in circuit court referenced in the motion has
concluded. Mr. Agusti has filed a second application for leave to appeal from the order disposing
of the circuit appeal. In place of his motion to hold the application in abeyance, he has filed a
motion to consolidate his two pending applications.
