The claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction. MCR 7.203(A)(1). The order
transferring the case to the district court is not appealable as of right under MCR 7.202(6)(a)(i) because it
does not adjudicate the rights and liabilities of the parties. Instead, the order transfers the responsibility
to adjudicate to the district court. Dismissal is without prejudice to the filing of a late appeal under MCR
7.205(A)(4), provided such a filing meets all requirements under the court rules and is not time-barred.
